First, click the Clear Cache link on the Moneyspire Cloud sign in window and that should resolve the issue. If it does not, follow the instructions below to re-setup you Moneyspire Cloud data:
Please make sure you have the latest version of Moneyspire installed on all your computers and mobile devices. Now, let's re-setup your cloud data on your main computer. Click the File > Backup menu option and save the backup to your Desktop. Then click the File > Restore menu option and restore that backup. Now click the Tools > Moneyspire Cloud setup menu option and sign in - that will upload the fresh set of data on the Cloud.
Now clear the cache on all your other computers and mobile devices by clicking the Clear Cache link on the Moneyspire Cloud sign in screen for each computer/device and then sign in.
